A volte può capitare che i nostri clienti ( o distributori/ corsisti (docenti) decidano di sostituire il loro sistema datato con uno più recente .

Noi sistemiamo questo dispositivo , eseguiamo tutte le operazioni di ripristino sensibilità ( solitamente può avere da 1 a 4 anni) e lo mettiamo in funzionamento corretto.

Viene inoltre dal 2021 aggiornata la parte esterna per permettere la futura manutenzione agevolata ( metodo zip esterna).

Anche se funziona correttamente , ovviamente la parte esterna ed interna risulta essere usurata e non può essere rivenduto come nuovo.

La garanzia è di 1 anno sulla parte elettronica.

Se capita di avere uno di questi sistemi ricondizionati sono occasioni da non farsi scappare!

NUOVO SISTEMA DI MANUTENZIONE AGEVOLATO

La nuova cover del sistema W-SADDLE PRO prevede una cerniera laterale che consente al cliente di poter procedere con la sostituzione del materiale interno conduttivo ogni qual volta ne abbia necessità , così da avere uno strumento performante pronto per l'uso!

Inclusa il login alla piattaforma Web Lab Cloud per la valutazione dei dati al termine dell'analisi ( 3D image, Video, Stampa del report, Zoom del baricentro, etc..) e all'app Wiva Cycle.

La sottile parte interna conduttiva , posta tra le 2 parti di sensori , è composta da un materiale che si degrada nel tempo per ragioni di biocompatibilità e smaltimento rifiuti. Il suo consumo è relativo a modalità d'uso , tempo e condizioni climatiche ( per un uso prolungato è raccomandato tenere il materiale ed il sistema W-saddle lontano da fonti di calore o umidità).

Si consiglia inoltre per una durate prolungata della conduttività delle parti interne del sistema , di non apporre alcun peso sopra il sistema quando questo non viene utilizzato e di riporlo correttamente nella sua scatola al termine di ogni valutazione.

Se usato correttamente , ogni folgio conduttivo , può durare da 70 a 100/150 test al fine di ottenere risultati ottimali ( esami da circa 1 minuto cad.) . Il materiale deve essere cambiato quando l'intensità della pressione rilevata dal sistema W-saddle è scarsa.

Le parti di ricambio interne extra se comprate separatamente costano circa 100 € cad. ma solitamente vengono vendute in kit da 5 pezzi ( 350 €).

Nel primo acquisto è incluso un kit da 3 pezzi di parti interne EXTRA per le manutenzioni future del sistema.

Per eseguire la manutenzione del sistema W-saddle Pro 2022 basta aprire la zip esterna e sostituire il materiale posto sopra i sensori , testare il prodotto e richiudere la zip.

Sometimes it may happen that our customers (or distributors / trainees (teachers) decide to replace their older system with a more recent one. We fix this device (it can usually be 1 to 3 years old) and put it into proper operation.

The external part is also updated from 2021 to allow for future facilitated maintenance (external zip method).

The thin internal conductive part, placed between the 2 sensor parts, is made of a material that degrades over time for reasons of biocompatibility and waste disposal. Its consumption is related to use, time and climatic conditions (for prolonged use it is recommended to keep the material and the W-saddle system away from sources of heat or humidity).

It is also advisable for a prolonged duration of the conductivity of the internal parts of the system, not to place any weight on the system when it is not in use and to put it back correctly in its box at the end of each evaluation.

If used correctly, each conductive sheet can last from 70 to 100/150 tests in order to obtain optimal results (tests of about 1 minute each). The material must be changed when the intensity of pressure detected by the W-saddle system is low.

To carry out maintenance on the W-saddle Pro 2022 system, simply open the external zip and replace the material placed above the sensors, test the product and close the zip.
